It is the goal of Harbor Design and Construction to create unique residential designs that fit in with the site and life style of our customers. Bert Stiphany-Owner/Designer/President Bert Stiphany has been designing homes since 1970. Bert established Harbor Design and Construction, Inc. in 1981 as a result of his passion for unique design and living spaces. He is a licensed and insured general contractor. Bert works with new clients on all phases of design and construction. Bert has coordinated many Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) projects. He has served on the Governor's committee to rewrite the DEQ laws under Governor Engler. Kevin Eden-Designer and Project Manager Kevin designs plans for new construction and remodeling, as well as coordinates all phases of projects. His passion for building is infectious! Cindy Hackert-Kitchen Design and Coordination, Customer Relations Cindy Hackert specializes in kitchen design and project coordination. She assists clients with kitchen and bath selections. She simplifies the selection process so that the homeowner can actually enjoy building the home of their dreams. Mary Stiphany-Account Coordinator Mary manages the business and project financials.    |
