Jeremy Horton, PE-Owner/Professional Engineer Jeremy works directly with clients on all phases of design and construction. He has 10 yrs. experience in architecture, engineering and construction. Graduate of Shelby High School. B.S. & M.S. Civil Engineering from Michigan State University. Licensed Professional Engineer and Licensed Residential Builder in State of Michigan. Certified Green Professional through the National Association of Home Builders. Bert Stiphany-Home Designer/Project Consultant Bert Stiphany has been designing homes since 1970. Bert established Harbor Design and Construction, Inc. in 1981 as a result of his passion for unique design and living spaces. He is a licensed and insured general contractor. Bert works with new clients on all phases of design and construction. Bert has coordinated many Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) projects. He has served on the Governor's committee to rewrite the DEQ laws under Governor Engler. Cindy Hackert-Kitchen Design and Coordination, Customer Relations Cindy Hackert specializes in kitchen design and project coordination. She assists clients with kitchen and bath selections. She simplifies the selection process so that the homeowner can actually enjoy building the home of their dreams. Sue Edel-Office Manager Sue manages the business and project financials.    |
